About these terms
These terms govern the use of Marketing Automation (the “Application”), an internal automation tool used by authorised personnel of Project Plus Services Pty Ltd (ABN 25 635 615 815) trading as Wet2Dry, Project Plus, and Scarabond.
The Application is provided for internal use only and is not made available to third parties or the general public.
Authorised users
Use of the Application is restricted to authorised personnel. As of the date of this document, the sole authorised user is Jay Brockwell.
Unauthorised use or attempted access by parties not authorised by the relevant business owners is prohibited.
What the Application does
The Application connects to advertising and marketing platforms — currently Google Ads — owned or managed by the businesses listed above and:
- Reads campaign performance data for reporting purposes.
- Applies pre-authorised performance-optimisation adjustments to the managed advertising accounts.
- Generates internal reports and alerts for the business owner.
The Application does not access third-party advertiser accounts and is not designed for use as a managed-service or agency tool.
No warranty
The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The owner of the Application makes no representations as to its uptime, availability, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner of the Application is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Compliance with third-party terms
Use of the Application includes use of the Google Ads API and other third-party services. Authorised users agree to comply with the terms of service of those third-party services, including:
- The Google Ads API Terms of Service
- The Google APIs Terms of Service
- The Google API Services User Data Policy
Suspension and termination
The owner of the Application may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of:
- Suspected misuse or unauthorised access.
- Violation of any third-party service terms.
- Decommissioning of the Application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the authorised user via email.
